sheet extrusion

Over the past year Mc Shane Packaging have invested in sheet line extrusion with the objective of having total control over the quality of the sheet manufactured and total control over the end product.

Sheet extrusion is a technique for making flat plastic sheet from a variety of resins.

Polypropylene continues to be the most common polymer for use in sheet extrusion.  It is the dominant material for thermoformed packaging and competes with PET and PS in technical markets.
